Target Audience
The program is designed for practitioners working in kindergartens or self-employed individuals involved in early childhood education. Applicants must have completed full general education and have at least one year of work experience in the educational and caregiving process within preschool institutions.
Program Outcomes
Upon completing this program, participants will be able to:

Program Structure and Delivery

Duration: 12 weeks

Total hours: 180 hours

Format: Conducted at the premises of Panacea Public College, in an A environment or via distance learning.
Assessment
Final assessment occurs in the last week, in the A environment. Assessment is competency-based and uses the following outcomes:

Learning outcome achieved

Learning outcome not achieved
Participants who receive a negative result have the right to retake the assessment once more.
Upon successful completion, participants are awarded a state-recognized certificate.
