A vocational student is a person who is enrolled in a vocational education program at the college and enjoys all the relevant rights related to receiving vocational education.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Basic rights of a vocational student <\/div><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/summary>\n\t\t\t\t

(In accordance with Chapter 3 and Article 31 of Chapter 4 of the Regulation on Vocational Educational Activities.)<\/p>

\u2022 Receiving quality vocational education;
\u2022 Receiving complete and timely information about the learning process;
\u2022 Fair and transparent assessment;
\u2022 Use of the college\u2019s material and technical resources;
\u2022 Ethical communication with staff and students;
\u2022 Membership in the representative council of vocational students;
\u2022 The right to mobility, suspension\/restoration of status, and use of an individual learning plan;
\u2022 Access to support mechanisms when necessary (SEN \/ persons with disabilities).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Suspension, restoration, and termination of vocational student status <\/div><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg><\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/summary>\n\t\t\t\t

\u2022 Suspension of status is carried out based on the student\u2019s written application or objective reasons (maximum period \u2013 5 years);
\u2022 Restoration is possible by order of the Director after the relevant grounds have been eliminated;
\u2022 Termination occurs in cases of violation of disciplinary or academic regulations, or based on a written application.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 A student has the right to undertake internal or external mobility to relevant programs;
\u2022 Recognition of credits and fulfillment of program prerequisites are required;
\u2022 Mobility is carried out by order of the Director, based on the vocational student\u2019s application.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 A competency-based assessment system is applied;
\u2022 Forms of assessment include formative and summative;
\u2022 Outcomes: a) confirmed, b) not confirmed;
\u2022 Reassessment is allowed in accordance with clearly defined rules.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 To obtain a vocational qualification, a vocational student must:
a) accumulate all credits \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u043e\u0442\u0440\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044b\u0435 by the relevant vocational education program (confirmation of all learning outcomes defined by the program);
b) participate in the intermediate assessment (participation in the intermediate assessment is mandatory for the vocational student and is a prerequisite for admission to the qualification exam);
c) pass the qualification exam.<\/p>

\u2022 Upon successful completion of all components, the vocational student is awarded the relevant level of vocational qualification;
\u2022 A diploma and supplement defined by the state standard are issued.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 If necessary, the college ensures adaptation of the learning environment;
\u2022 An individual learning plan is developed if a student is unable to achieve learning outcomes through the standard form of instruction;
\u2022 An individual learning plan is also prepared in cases of repeated negative assessment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

\u2022 Comply with the college\u2019s internal regulations and rules;
\u2022 Observe academic ethics and respect the college\u2019s reputation and order;
\u2022 Take care of the property of the college and practice facilities;
\u2022 Attend and actively participate in learning and practical activities;
\u2022 Comply with assessment rules and procedures;
\u2022 Cooperate fairly during assessment or consultation processes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
