data-end=\"163\" \/>\u2022 A learner who was unable to attend the summative assessment for a valid reason is assigned an additional summative assessment within 10 (ten) working days.<br data-start=\"320\" data-end=\"323\" \/>\u2022 For an unconfirmed learning outcome that is not a prerequisite for admission to another outcome, the learner has the right to confirm the relevant outcome within a reasonable period before completion of the respective vocational training or vocational retraining program.<br data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"599\" \/>\u2022 In case of a negative result in the summative assessment, the learner may request a consultation to improve achievements and undergo a repeat summative assessment.<br data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"767\" \/>\u2022 The result of the
